The cost of delivery depends on the country (from which the delivery is made), volumes, weight, product name, as well as on the type of delivery (air, auto). To clarify the rate and terms, please leave us a request by e-mail or call back.

The average delivery time is 5-7 days. This period can be reduced with special requirements of the Customer and can be increased if it is necessary to consolidate the cargo.

You send us an application for the goods. We make an online invoice and we bill you. After payment within a day we redeem the goods. Upon the arrival of the goods to the warehouse, we check the quality of the goods and prepare for shipment.

The goods (cargo) come to our warehouse in Kiev. You can pick it up yourself from our warehouse or we can deliver it directly to you at the specified address. Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine (except for the Crimea and the ATU zone).

All goods (goods) can be delivered in two ways:

• by air (by plain)
• by motor transport (by car)

Naturally, air delivery will be made quickly, but more expensive.

Delivery by car will be cheaper, but the delivery time will be somewhat larger.

Very often we have to deal with the delivery of small loads. First of all, from China. When delivering a relatively inexpensive and compact cargo (goods), the cost of delivery can be commensurate or even greater than the cost of the cargo itself.

The best solution to reduce the cost of delivery for such small and small-sized cargo is the formation of the so-called “modular cargo.” In this case, the shipping company accepts applications from several customers, consolidates the goods in its warehouse and generates one common cargo for delivery. When delivering the “collective cargo” the cost of transportation for each of the customers is significantly reduced. It should be taken into account that the delivery time increases, In fact, for the formation of a consolidated cargo it is necessary to collect a sufficient number of customers, to form a “consolidated cargo” and to issue the relevant documents.

Consolidation of goods is when several separate small shipments from different sellers are collected at the warehouse of the transport company. All of them are formed into one large dispatch by one waybill to one large container. Due to the fact that one container passes through customs, the shipping cost can be equivalent to the weight or volume of goods distributed among all the participants.
